Causes of unstable speed of vibrating disk
1. The spring is broken.

7. The vibration plate of mechanical parts is too fast.

12. Loose or incorrect fastening screws of disc and base.
13. There may be problems with air blowing on the vibrating disc. Unstable air pressure, air pollution, water and oil, which may be located on the surface of the vibrating plate, may not be carried out even if the feed rate is slow. The air must be clean, dry, independent regulator and filter.
14. The surface of the plate is defective and the hardness is insufficient. If the equipment clock is lowered, the vibration is too weak, and the thickness of the working table must be 1-1 / 2 ". Because there is no vibration, a triangular support body must be set on the cylindrical foot.
15. The vibration disk controller must adjust the power variation to adapt to the power grid, using soft hose. If rigid pipes are not used, the supply performance will be reduced.
